My children love it !!
600gr minced meat (beaf, veal , pork, chicken or a mixture of those)
150gr Mozzarella cheese
Mix together the meat, salt, 2 eggs, 4 spoons of parmigiano cheese, and two pieces of bread soften with the milk. This are the same ingredients used to make polpette or meat balls, or polpettone. In many recipes parsley is added but I don’t like it.
Work all the ingredients together till they are all blended.
Put a little of oil in a baking thin and spread the meat as if it were pizza.
Warm the oven at 200°
Sprinkle a bit of oregano over and cherry tomatoes cut in two, over the surface , and place the baking thin in the oven for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile cut the mozzarella cheese into little pieces and place them over your meat when the 10 minutes are over. Cook in oven for another 15 or 20 minutes, you’ll see when it’s ready !!!
