Take some chicken cut into pieces and place it in a frying pot together with onion (cut in big slices) and a little of olive oil. Have it cooking a bit, salt it, and place peppers cut into big slices in the pot before covering with a lid. Let it cook for some more 20/30 minutes at medium fire, checking and turning the food every 5 minutes. It’s very easy to realize, and very good… you can boil a bit of rice and use it as bread. If you wish to make it more tasty add cappers and black olives. Buon appetito |
